If you purchased a CD, just return it within 30 days, undamaged, and we will refund the cost of the CD (but not the shipping charges).
If you downloaded our software and are unhappy with it for any reason, just send your signed written request for a refund and the order number to Net Money Business, General Delivery, Islamorada, Fl. 33036, postmarked within 30 days of purchase, or fax it to 775-248-5451 within 30-days of the purchase date. Please include an original signature and a copy of the front of your driver's license.
